Shipping

Shipping Timeframes

Dependant on item type:

  • In-Stock items: ship 3-5 days after order 

  • Made to Order: ship 1-3 weeks after order 

  • Custom Order: ship 1-4 weeks after order 

 

Shipping Carrier

Items may ship via USPS or UPS depending on which is more cost effective for the size of the item.​  Shipping prices given at checkout are based on USPS estimated charges.  Because

of the size of the package, it may be 

necessary to ship via UPS instead of USPS.

Shipping Address

Please double check the shipping address prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery if an incorrect address is given.

Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure you can safely receive deliveries at your chosen shipping address.

Packaging

All items are appropriately packaged using a combination of bubble wrap, cardboard, and biodegradable packing peanuts to ensure safe arrival. We do offer gift messages to be put into the packaging.

Custom Orders

We do accept custom and personalized orders! Please contact us to discuss your request, and we will do our best to accommodate!

Note: Custom orders ship 1-4 weeks after order processing, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges
  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Custom Order items

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, any return/exchange request due to USPS shipping delays cannot be processed until 30 days after the initial shipping date

 

Cancellations

Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase to cancel your order

Damaged items 

If your item should arrive damaged, I must be notified immediately. Please email photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the packaging for insurance purposes. I cannot replace or refund for damaged items if photos are not received. Item and packaging must be kept in case USPS/UPS needs to inspect the package.

Made to Order Items

Items Out of Stock can be Made To Order. Please contact us to request an order of these items.

Are all items handmade?

Gradient

Yes! We are a small family business that handcrafts all of our items. We do not outsource any of our work. We do have other artists who create the patterns we use for some of our glass and textile works. The listing for these items will cite the pattern's artist, as well.
